The Perrin Cold Air Intake for the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX comes with a heat shield to redirect hot engine air away from the intake to allow for near ambient air intake temperature. Powder-coated for protection from the elements, the finish will look awesome foe years to come. The OEM MAF sensor wiring is too short to work with the Perrin Cold Air Intake. Provided with each kit is a MAF sensor extension. This extension comes with OEM plug ends to relocate the MAF sensor with no compatibility issues.
