Increase horsepower and torque without ECU recalibration or tune! This part is designed and tested to work safely on your vehicle without any tuning required! However, more power can be gain with proper ECU tuning!
The OEM charge pipe on the 2015-2021 WRX engine is restrictive, narrow down in certain points, and has pleats that make for uneven airflow. The PERRIN Charge Pipe has perfectly smooth interior, constant radii, and gradual bends, making for much more efficient air delivery. This all combines to increase horsepower and improve boost response.
