Shipping & Returns
We process and ship within one to two business days. We ship by USPS & UPS on specific items. We offer 1 day, 2 days and 3 days shipping to ensure you get your products fast!
GenX Performance DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.
GenX Performance will accept any returns within 30 days of purchase of any part that were purchased directly from us that are unused. All returns must be new and in the original packaging for a refund or store credit minus 15% restocking fee.
**No items will be returnable after 30 days.**
If you are going to return any product back to GenX Performance, you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RGA (Returns Good Authorization) number and write that number on the box you are returning, along with a copy of the RGA sent to you. All shipments being returned to GenX Performance must be shipped prepaid by the customer. If you are requesting a replacement part, you must first receive an RGA and GenX Performance must receive the item for inspection. After review of the product returned and approval by the Manufacturer, GenX Performance will then send a replacement item. GenX Performance will not send any replacement part before receiving the warranty return.
